1. The service

LivoTalk provides AI-powered language practice. AI replies and corrections may sometimes be inaccurate and are not a substitute for a certified teacher or exam preparation.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Do not misuse the service or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.

3. Subscriptions

• The free plan includes a limited number of messages per day.
• Premium is billed monthly or yearly through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• If a free trial is offered, the end date is shown before you subscribe; you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Refunds follow the store's refund policy.

4. Content

You keep ownership of what you write and say. You allow us to process it to provide the service.
