[COMPANY] ("we") operates the LivoTalk mobile application. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, name and password (stored encrypted). You can also use the app as a guest.
• Learning data: chosen languages, level, goals, conversations with the AI tutor, corrections, saved words and progress.
• Voice recordings: when you press the microphone, your voice is recorded and sent to our server to be converted into text. Recordings are processed and not stored after transcription.
• Technical data: basic usage statistics and crash reports.

2. How we use your data

To provide AI tutoring, show corrections and progress, improve the app, provide support, and manage subscriptions. We do not sell your data.

3. Third-party processors

To generate tutor replies, transcribe speech and create the tutor's voice, text and audio are sent to AI providers (OpenAI and, where enabled, ElevenLabs). Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored on our servers. You can delete your account and all related data at any time from Profile → Delete account.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data. Users in the EU/EEA have rights under the GDPR. Contact us at support@livotalk.com.

The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
